This project is a result of the cooperation of EnerG group , 3 students of KFUPM to intraduce the most sustainable future-ike project . This project lasted 4 months and was created during the COVID - 19 Pendemic. The students cooperated in this project are ( Turki Abdullah, Ziyad Alroqi, Elias Almadani ).

CONCEPT Cascade: An overlapping plates that create the complex connection to be a mini city" . To provide energy saving methods and to create a social connection between the people of the complex.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

The size of the project is craving for social hierarchy and needs to be treated in a connected manner. The project functions are vastly separated in regard to social behavior and need to be logically merged or integrated. The Saudi culture is an important feature to be demonstrated in the project, so it is important to consider cultural references. Affordability is an important issue to take in mined for nowadays designs because the Saudi community is becoming more independent in early ages, so it is essential to create that social hub for them to live in with affordable living expenses.

PROJECT STATEMENT

This project will create affordable units that are laid out in a central approach from all functions to allow equal transition for all community members. This connection will increase social encounters that will develop relationships between residents and visitors. However, sustainability will play an important role in such a community for it to operate properly. The hierarchal system followed will be engaging and private in some respects if the need is required.
